We are committed to providing high-quality coaching services that support your personal growth and transformation journey. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. 

1. Coaching Sessions

• Payments made for one-on-one coaching sessions are non-refundable once the session is completed.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this time frame may be rescheduled at no extra cost.
• Missed sessions or cancellations without 24-hour notice will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Workshops & Programs

• For paid workshops, courses, or group programs, refunds will only be issued if requested at least 3 days before the start date.
• Once a program has begun, no refunds will be provided.

3. Exceptional Cases

• Refunds for special cases (e.g., medical emergencies) will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Arunn Vijai.
